This was my first package holiday with EasyJet and I was very impressed! They kept me informed every step of the way either by text or email. I received a text as soon as boarding cards were available, I did not have to remember myself. They were well organised at the airports and everything was efficient and smooth running. The whole booking process was straightforward. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly go with them again. I have already booked again!

Holiday was great ,airhostess on plane were great as my daughter wasn't well and tried hey were a great help apart from that a great holiday and no issues at all xx

easyJet experience was very good, especially with a hotel that we had the only thing which was missing was a kettle in the room with my mum needed for tea

Hotel was better than expected and in a great location. Pristine clean hotel with lovely staff. Flights on time and Rhodes airport extremely clean and efficient. Great holiday and would recommend Petit Palais Mitsis hotel for comfort, cleanliness & location. Not our first EasyJet holiday and definitely not our last. Recommend easyJet holidays without hesitation.😊

We have used Easyjet holidays several times, and have been satisfied. Our last holiday was not quite so good and Easyjet were quick to acknowledge this and extremely speedy to compensate us, we decided to have another trip with them and once again it was great. From the booking online to the return trip, flawless.Well recommended.

The hotel was perfectly located on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The room had a superb view over the lake. It was clean, spacious and ideal for our requirements. The rooftop was bar was superb. The waiters were attentive and snacks were provided with all the drinks we ordered.
Stresa had a wide range of restaurants and bars, where we were provided with a wide range of food and drinks.

Excellent company have used quite few times now transfers flights accommodation and prices brilliant good communication for everything too

Great holiday, easy to book on line, hotel experience very good, transfers worked well. Couldn't have been better.

Would not want to put anyone going to this hotel as the staff are amazing. Food was good. Excellent rooms spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel even down to the beach toilets.
Just renovating the adults only area which will be amazing
However the entertainment was virtually non existent and the AI drinks choice was poor. If we had paid a lot This would have been an issue but we didn’t pay 5 stars!
We had a fab holiday but if entertainment is your thing then it’s not for uou!

Both flights were great and the crew were professional and friendly.
The Cerra mar Atlantico is a fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities and friendly staff

Fantastic all inclusive holiday experience to Zeus Mirabello Bay Hotel. Excellent value for money. Very chilled and relaxed week long vacation using the complex facilities.
