I needed some keys for the garage
I needed some keys for the garage. I got them and tried them, which didn't work. I contacted them and uploaded a photo of the original key and the lock. Furthermore, I was sent replacements, which worked after putting WD-40 in the lock. Great job!

Immediate Resolution
One of my 2 used filing cabinets was mislabeled, so the initial provided replacement key did not fit into the lock.
Easy Keys provided instructions for providing images for their staff to verify the incorrect blank had been provided. In less than a week, new keys were returned and, like the other set, worked perfectly based on the engraved lock codes.

Lost keys solution
I lost my keys for my camping trailer... I called a locksmith and he said he doesn't deal with trailers but if I unscrew the handle of the door behind that will be a code... And sure enough there was a code and a name of a company. I looked them up and I was able to find my replacement key and it was shipped to me within days. I'm impressed!!

It was so easy to go in and enter the number to the lock on our filing cabinet, order it and receive it quickly. The pricing was reasonable. The website was user friendly. If I ever need more keys when I have a missing key this is definitely the place I'll order from.

I requested a copy of a key broken in half just from a picture of it, and when the first copy did not work they immediately took corrective action, overnighted another copy, which I really needed to open a fireproof cabinet containg important items. Thank you, EasyKeys..!!

Tubular key didn’t work.
Final update: Easykeys did refund
the cost of the key. This tubular key issue was a loss for them so I appreciate their integrity. I updated their rating to four stars for being so honorable. Second Update: they promptly shipped a second tubular key but it was the same as the first one and didn’t work. I appreciate their effort. Tubular keys are more complicated to make than flat keys. I will go in a different direction.
I ordered a tubular key to be a duplicate of an existing key for a wine closet that has the number 51737 stamped on it. The order was processed correctly but the key does not work. Under examination with a magnifying glass there are some differences between my original key and the key made by Easykeys. I should have spent this $19 closer to home where I could address adjustments to the cut.
Update: good customer service. They are shipping a replacement key. We will see if it works.
