Let me start by saying I bought this…

Let me start by saying I bought this mailbox from Homo Depot and few years back. From the start, this lock was a f-ing piece of shit! The key barely went in. I purchased spares for it, as my neighbors check my mail while I am out to sea. Finally, it gave up the ghost and wouldn't work at all. I purchased a replacement lock, and surprise surprise, it opens counter clockwise...WTF! So, I purchased a new lock cylinder and extra keys for an exorbitant amount and not much better! To boot, I no longer have the cam with the star shaped hole, and the square hole from the current lock doesn't work! But....for another ridiculous fee, we'll sell you a set that may or may not work! WTF??? The cam should have come with the new lock! I don't want to sound racist, so this is some "Screwball" shit! For the money invested, now I have to buy the cam set. I'll never buy another once this new lock shits the bed!

We are not the manufacturer. The reason we sell the cams separately is that, in many cases, the original cam can be reused with the new lock, which helps to save on unnecessary costs. Key did not work

Key did not work. Shoulder did not line up with teeth and key tip was too long. Giving them an extra star for promptly giving a partial refund for key but not shipping expense.

I ordered two Husky keys - they were not cut quite correctly

**Update** After posting my initial review (included below), EasyKeys contacted me to remedy the situation. They apparently found they had made a minor mistake in cutting the keys (using software for key profile versus copying the OEM key), and have offered to ship new keys. Assuming they work, I'll mark this as mostly remediated, other than putting a bit of work on me without clarity to provide photos of the keys and locks.

**Original post** I ordered two Husky keys. One was for a toolbox pair, and one was for a workbench. The key for the toolbox pair easily opened the top box, but would not work on the bottom (same key). The key for the workbench took about 30 minutes of wiggling to open. They were "close", but not correct.

Good company

When I received the keys at first, they did not work, but I was advised to use a common lubricant to put in the keyhole and about 24 hours later the keys finally did work and they are still working. I just hope they keep working. Their customer service people were awesome. They worked with me and I would definitely do business with this company again.

My order was incorrectly fulfilled

My order was incorrectly fulfilled. I received keys cut on incorrect blanks. I only wanted the blanks, not cut keys. So I called to solve issue and was treated respectfully and the issue was rectified very quickly. After I explained the issue I was told I would get the blanks I ordered and get a refund on the key cutting since that’s not what I wanted. I received the correct blanks and refund in less than a week. I’m so happy with the “Gold Standard” customer service and will continue to use their services.

and they should as I provided the universal brand ans code that's writtenon the key itself.

The availability of replacement keys is…

The availability of replacement keys is a wonderful service. I was pleased to find EasyKeys and the responsiveness was excellent. Reasonable prices and speedy delivery. My only complaint was that the first delivery contained no key, only the packing list. Days were lost but the second try was quick and successful.
