They did a great job

They did a great job. I was really hoping for more money. But at the end, they were able to make something still happen. I'm very satisfied with their work. And how they did the process. Thank you, and very much highly recommend easy lemon law to others out there. That have a strong case due to a misfunction, thank you guys, and you guys totally do deserve the 5 star rating if I could give 10 I would.

THEY GHOSTED ME FOR WEEKS

THEY GHOSTED ME FOR WEEKS, THEN DROPPED MY CASE 4 DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE

Rating: 1/5 Stars
I am writing this as a severe warning: Do not trust Easy Lemon if you have a deadline. Their "content promise" of making the process fast and simple is a total farce. I had a rock-solid claim for my 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5, which was out of service for over 45 cumulative days due to combined charging and ICCU (computer brain) failures that left me stranded in traffic.

The Timeline of Negligence:

The Critical Date: My lease began on January 28, 2024. My 2-year rights period expired on January 28, 2026. I made it crystal clear during my 23-minute intake on March 5th that we were in the final 60-day statute of limitations window.

The Ignored Warnings: I sent formal reminders on March 13th, 16th, 17th, and 20th. I explicitly told them a letter had to be sent to Hyundai immediately to start the legal process before the March 29th cutoff.
The "Hour-Later" Disengagement: After weeks of silence, I sent one final, firm email demanding an update. Within one hour, they sent me a cold form letter "terminating representation."

They sat on my documents for nearly three weeks, knowing the clock was ticking, and then abandoned me with only four days left. Because they waited until the literal last minute to decline the case, I now have zero time to find another lawyer. This is gross professional negligence.

They don't just provide poor service; they actively cost you your legal rights.
