DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON’T…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR HOUSE BEING DESTROYED

I am a landlord and I used Easylet to help manage my property back in 2016. all was fine up until this year when my tenant moved out and I went round to the property after me not seeing it for the past 9 years. The house was an absolute mess, there was holes in the ceiling and walls, stains all over the walls. Dogy patch up jobs to my ceiling where there has been a leak and I was never made aware of. The kitchen sink was being held on with duct tape. The windows downstairs were all glued shut, toilet seats missing, there were locks on every single door in the house (been used as a house share/HMO which easylet have denied obviously which they will do) the neighbours come out to be and told me there’s been multiple people living here over the last 9 years not just one family. The house was let out full furnished and when I come back to it in June this year there was nothing left in the house.

I then went and confronted easylet about this and they made any excuse up to not take any responsibility for how my house has been destroyed by idiot tenants. They were supposed to go round every 12 months and to do checks, this was obviously never done. I then requested all documents they have on file for me as I was not using them anymore as they terminated the management of my property because I finally stood up and kicked off something they obviously didn’t like. I received documents but was missing very important documents (Gas certificates, EICRs, tenancy agreements (I only received one but I was advised by easylet I had new tenants in 2020 so I should have more than 1 tenancy agreement.) I’m also missing years of inspections which they obviously didn’t do. It has cost my thousands to repair my house over these last 6 months and the only thing easylet could do was give me £250 as a gesture of good will because they lost My EICR certificate! Something they should of kept on file and not given to the tenant! (if it was ever done) now ive had an electrician go out to do a EICR and its now going to cost me nearly £400 because things were not done correct in the last report! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE OUT ON THOUSANDS OF POUNDS!!!

Easylet no doubt your going to respond to this with absolute bullsh*t you can try and lie your way out of it, but the evidence proves how much of a disgusting and sh*t company you are.
