Average experience

Cleaning lady is changing quite frequently and cleaning service is average most of times (with exception of one exceptional lady who was helping me).
Not well in advance communication of holidays. I know from the cleaning lady one month in advance about her holidays while the office informs me just a few days in advance.

Lovely cleaner & a good job

Our cleaner is lovely and does a good job. The service is very convenient and it's reassuring to know that there could be a replacement if she were ill or otherwise absent. We are also happy that our cleaner can speak English. It's not a requirement but makes it easier for us to communicate.

I already explained to the agency about…

I already explained to the agency about a bad service by someone they send as a replacement name: Ashma and the service was not good, she did not clean anything and still i was charged for 4 hours and no refund received till date

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that it is very disappointing when a replacement cleaner does not meet your expectations.

We would however like to clarify that the household helper did perform the scheduled working hours and that, as an employer, we are required to pay our employees for the hours worked.

If you are not satisfied with a household helper, you can always contact the office so we can discuss the situation together and look at possible solutions. When needed, we can also provide additional guidance or training to the household helper.
