Placed an order in November 2025 and ended up calling them as it was a christmas present told it was not in stock yet but would be sent as and when . Middle of December decided to order item from elsewhere to be sure and never heard anymore, That is till today when I checked my bank account on 29th January and £9.99p has been taken for something I had forgotten about and never received. I have tried logging on to my account but password does not work had them send numerous verification codes {non which work} phoned helpline but message line full so next its my bank to ensure they take no more money

1️⃣Easy to order & great packing
1️⃣Easy to order. 2️⃣Amazing package, safe & protective. 3️⃣ price increase ↗️ €13,90 in Dec 2022 to €17,16 in July 2025 for dinner plates (nearly 20%). The dessert plates by 4 jumped from €39,90 to €60,49 (nearly 35%) in the same 2 1/2 years !! Energy costs ok but that is an incredible price jump! I had to complete my Xmas Wonderland table-wear but won’t buy anymore at this price.
