I purchased two of the discrete hearing aids which are discrete and fairly comfortable to wear, however I get a constant noise like I’m in the back of a car with the window down. I have tried all the settings but this noise doesn’t go away. I tried just wearing one hearing aid, but this made no difference. I also purchased the buy one get one free of the ears cleaning gadget, I used it for the first time today but nothing discharged from either ear .
