We were told our order would be delivered on the 3 November but it was not delivered until December which was nearly a month after it was ordered. The girl who took the order was very abrupt. Wont be in a hurry to order from Easylife again!!

I had a problem fitting the swivel head to the handle. My brother in law solved it - you have to bend the flexible head to separate the lugs which fit the handle. (I haven't used it in the car yet).

A very handy little gadget, it is difficult to get right down to the bottom of the front screen inside but this helps, pity it wasn't a bigger pad on the end of it. i could also have been a thicker pad

The head needs to be attached and the putting it on is impossible.
