The packaging of the hat caused it to be mis - shaped, the flowers were bent , the pleats out of place. I think I can resole the issue by steaming the hat.

To creased, very hard to get the creases out.
I was expecting better quality for the price, so a bit dissapointed. I have yet to alter the cap as it is a bit too big for me. It feels like a cap for the summer and spring so I will enjoy it then, thank you.
