This item arrived on time , was well packaged and delivered to door. Although a little heavy the ladders exceed expectation and good quality, the only slight issue is the closure clip which is slightly stiff and awkward to use apart from that all seems fine.

I think the step ladder is very sturdy and feels safe to use, especially having the side pieces on which I find most helpful. The only drawback is the weight as I have to have someone carry it upstairs if I wish to use it there.

Very pleased with this step ladder. We purchased this 4 step ladder as it is lighter for us to carry. We also have the 5 step one which we are giving to our family. The ladders are sturdy and the handrail’s substantial so we feel safe when on the ladders! Margaret

Came with missing rubber. And box was damaged. Looks like bottom step is stuck on next step. Can not pay return it will cost to much. Plus I'm 70 can't carry to re post it. Hopefully my son will try to fix it.

The ladders are just what I was after they are strong a little heavy but as I my balance is not very good on ladders the bar at the top give me more confidence the steps are also wider so I am very pleased with my purchase.
