I had my last heater like this for five years and it had been used by my sister for a number of years before that. I did try a different make but one of the panels broke within a few months and it had no carry handle and was flimsy, so I decided to go back to the much sturdier brand. The cat loves it too!

Small heaters Ok to warm up room without putting on the heating. One is a little erratic in swiveling due to misaligned safety cut out button so whatever these stand on must be perfectly flat. Bad points are the supply lead is way too short, so you need to get an extension lead
