After only 3 days using it,it is hard to tell if it is helping me but I think it maybe.However undoing the velchro is quite a problem for me as the 'hookie' end of it is initially hard to pull undone.

It certainly stabilises my knee and stops the ongoing pain. Being blind it'a bit fiddly for me to actually put on but it does work.
