I am rather disappointed,with it as it is very heavy,also it isn’t possible for me to put a cup of water in the microwave,with it as there isn’t enough room for it, So I haven’t used it yet, I have not been very well with a virus,so I didn’t send it back as I can’t get out to post it back .Plus that would mean more expense for the postage,I wish I hadn’t ordered it now. This item is a bit heavy for my shoulders. Would also prefer it ti extend a little onto upper arms. Quie large for the average microwave, as you also have to put a cup of water in, meaning it is not evenly heated

Best neck and shoulder heated wrap on the market in my opinion. It moulds to you and gives maximum heat and weight to help with the pain.

I returned mine as soon as I felt how heavy the item was. How on earth could anyone be expected to support this around an already problematic neck/shoulders? Very very disappointing. It should be removed from the brochure in fairness to other would be buyers.
