No real time benefit compared to using a normal oven. It may use a little less electric, but messing about with a hot tray is not good for an elderly Mum.

Only used this a couple of times, once on oven chips and once on fries. Up to now not impressed. Used at my brother-in-law’s 850 microwave but will try on my 1000 model when I get home next week so watch this space.

Did not find this product did the job it was supposed to in the time given. Very disappointed. Have only tried it on frozen oven chips. Will try it out on on more things to see if it works better on different products, here's hoping....
Disappointed with this product. I purchased it for my elderly dad so he didn’t have to use a chip pan. I tried it first with cutting a normal potato and following instructions to pre-heat, not a success, then tried it with frozen chips not a success either. It is now away in a cupboard…😩 The photo is of frozen chips…..

It didn't cook chips properly at all. They didn't crisp up, & some were hard. Terrible product for chips. Complete waste of money.
