Instructions conflicting; did not match hopes - quite worrying warnings. Did not even try using it.
This is my second grill pan, the first one got damaged slightly and actually caught fire in the microwave(word of caution, dont use if surface damaged in any small way). Having said that l wouldnt be without it, i use it regularly
