It's very difficult to rate this device as there is no real sign that it is doing anything. The lights are flashing and the air is clean, other than that, I don't know. I think we must give it more time and maybe, the benifit of the doubt.

The product is good amd seems to do what it is supposed to do. We first bought one about ttwo years ago and the mice quickly disappeared. However, it eventually stopped working and they returned. Since we have bought more, the problem has again been solved. The first on we bought came within a few days. Since then, however, delivery times have grown much longer, which is a pity. I have said before that it would be kind to make this clear in the catalogue.

This is rather a silly question since the product has only just arrived and by its very nature takes time to work at eradicating pests. The previous one we had worked well until it stopped working suddenly. We hope this one is just as effective but as we have only had it a week, it is hard to tell.

I was disappointed with the customer service as I wasn’t informed of the fact they had sold out and wouldn’t be available until beginning of of February , so therefore as far as I was concerned it took 2 months before I received it ! I thought my postage may have been refunded as a gesture of goodwill and apologies ! But the customer advisor wasn’t very sorry about it !!not good customer service !
