I think they are ok but i put one on my back and it burnt me skin but I do think there over priced

I purchased a sample pack approx. 5/6 years ago and they worked for me at that time and I had a couple of patches left.. I now have another problem so used the remaining patches from original pack which I could tell they did sort of still work and helped a bit so have purchased these to try - (not tried yet but I'm sure they will be fine) - Thanks you.

Very positive product, definitely helps my hip much less pain. My husband is using these on his knees, it helps his left knee but his right knee which has no cartilage is still painful.

I am definitely not in so much pain in my knees using the patches so they have been a great help so far,I use one on each knee so one pack wont last a month, however if they keep easing the pain i will keep using them

I have been using these pain patches for a while now, I have a knee waiting for surgery…..I find that these patches give very good pain relief, they last for 24hrs, stick to the skin and do not move under clothes. I find them more effective than other gels available without prescription. I have no adverse reaction to these and I am so glad of the pain relief, making everyday more manageable.

the patch can be difficult to peel away from the backing. repeated application to the same area can cause irritation.
