The ad spoke of "Proven Results" and "Fast & Effective" and showed an impressive Before and After photo. But after some weeks of using it I can discern no difference or improvement. Also, the bottle is extremely difficult to open.

I was sent an alternative, not the product I ordered. Since the active ingredient in the alternative was the same I am using it. It’s only been a week of use so no results to show as yet, however, the advert said ONE DROP would do the trick, this is a bit of an outlandish claim! The substitute says to apply it twice a day for several weeks! If it eventually works I’ll change this review.

I have only just started using this product and as it usually takes weeks or months to actually work, I can't really say at this time whether it will actually cure the fungal infection and thickened toe nails.
