The aid wasn't suitable for the lady it was bought for. It wouldn't stay in the ear, and any increase in hearing, was negligible.....having said that, we do thank you for the quick delivery and hope that the refund is as quick....thank you...B.S.Best.

It amplifies O K, but being inside your ear picks up your own voice internally and amplifies that as well.

I'm sure this would have been perfect, unfortunately I suffer from tinnitus and was not able to use it. This was not mentioned in the advertisement.
