Difficult to unravel from box and the instructions to assemble where inadequate, I didn't know from leaflet that I had to assemble and I had to get help as I live alone and I'm disabled

Wouldn’t know. They sent the wrong item and made it extremely difficult for my elderly dad to exchange or return. Very poor customer service. This company preys on vulnerable customers. Takes their money and then you have to fight to get it back. Be wary of this company.
