I have used this product for a few years now , mostly for my knees and neck , I can't rate this high enough , once I was feeling so great walking and not sore I stopped taking them which was crazy as within 2 weeks I couldnt kneel , bend knees or walk without far without being sore or knees throbbing at night waking me up , it only took around 4 to 5 days back taking them to be in no pain and walking far again , best natural healing product for me and I recommend them highly,
