It really eases neck pain and shoulder discomfort. The only thing is that I find It difficult to put on and tighten without help and as I live alone that’s tricky!

Im sure this product may suit most people, but for me, I just couldn't get comfortable with it as it irritated my skin near my underarm area. Sadly, I am therefore not able to wear it
