The arm rest covers look very smart in the brochure, but our settee arms are a different shape so they don't fit quite as snug. Having said that, they do the job and the big plus is the length of the covers so when you rest your arms on the covers you don't soil the furniture. The reason we bought these covers was because our existing ones were a normal length and our settee got dirty.

texture is a little rough but I expect that is the elastication They do not fit the furniture completely right but there are so many variations in older and newer furniture that is to be expected. For the money they are better than worn out arms on the furniture.
