The jury is out. It is probably a bit too lightweight and/or flimsy to do a serious job on relieving back pain. Am 50/50 whether to try and return it or try and persist with it. Quick delivery though.

Good support, warms back. I wear it with a vest underneath. I wear it while at work for a long time. I find it supporting and find it improves my posture. I am a size 8 and the velcro fits fine. I line the middle support with my spine, I push it down to my hips and the trousers I wear help it stay in place for the day.
