Really disappointed with product. Thought that at £49.95 this product would be superior to others on the market for a lot less than this price but not the case. I will say that the actual Customer Service from Maria was great though. She issued a refund immediately for the item. For that she deserves 4 stars.

I don’t find it the easiest of things to use, trying to lean over to start it working is difficult also it doesn’t seem to have a lot of power behind it. I will carry on using it and see whether it improves
