A nice bit of kit to add extra lighting where it is needed with out going on the mains circuit I have mine set to detect movement only to save the battery

Not that easy to set up. Tiny screwdriver needed to take off switch / battery cover - not mentioned in instructions. Options A, B and C from assembly instructions are not indicated on the function switch so you have to guess.

T his is my 2nd light from you in 3 years. This new one still needs you to supply a suitable template allowing easier positioning of for the mounting screw holes - remember the purchaser is most likely to be working up, a ladder with their hands over their heads.

I needed some extra light on my outside stairway even though i had had sensor controlled light fitted as there was a dark spot towards the bottom of the stairs I made a cardboard template of the back of the fitting & put in holes for fitting as there is not a way of drilling from inside when you open the back where the battery & switch are. That worked perfectly for me as my flat is over 300 years old there are no flat surfaces so i drilled into the masonry not the bricks even then i had struggled to get something as flat as i could i set it to switch half light when no one around all night then full light when it detects movement.
