I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I have lost £126 now as no product has been delivered. I feel so stupid falling for this scam. The company say it’s with the courier but that hasn’t changed in 7 days. So disappointed in myself

Please be wary of using this company
Please be wary of using this company. My father ordered something a few years ago and now discovered they have been taking £18.50 every quarter from his bank account for a promotion he did not agree to. They have promised this has been cancelled. Let’s wait and see
This company have No morales they send…
This company have No morales they send incorrect items out. They do not seemingly have a customer support team that care. Constantly rang them and no help whatsoever. Next step the bank to stop he payment of item order that came as something different. Dont buy from them. Preying on the elderly. Scammers.
BEWARE Easy Life and Rewards Club and…
BEWARE Easy Life and Rewards Club and Premier Offers Direct are all the same company SCAMMING people.
When you buy from Easy Life and give them your card details one of the other companies call with vague details. They then subscribe you to Rewards Club without your authority. They took £76.99 from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. BEWARE THEY ARE CONFIDENCE TRICKSTERS.
BEWARE
BEWARE. This company is a con. Ordered something from them ages ago which I complained about. From then on they bombard you with phone calls and magazines. Last week got a phone call re a promotion. Told them not interested but still sent the details and today they have taken £77 out of our account. I am reporting them for Fraud.
Easylife Prey On The Elderly
Easylife prey on the elderly.
My Mother ordered a product from them years ago, she gets anything up to three calls per day from them now.
She has asked many, many times to be taken off of their call list and has blocked their numbers every time they call, so they just pester her using different numbers.
I despise Easylife and their vile behaviour.
Beware Easylife
Beware Easylife. They have been taking £18.50 from my 90 year old father-in-law's account as part of a 'promotion' which sends him a magazine 4 times a year with discounts. Almost £60 per magazine although they did tell me that each had a £10 voucher inside!
HERCUL-EASY GARDEN HOSE
DO NOT BUY I used this hose for the second time this morning and it already has a puncture. So much for the claim to be “burst proof”. A complete waste of money and I will never recommend or buy from Easylife ever again.
Not So Easylife ! Avoid !
DON'T BUY THIS !
Very disappointed with The Jigsaw puzzle Organiser! For £79.99 It really has been a disappointment! Firstly the stand is useless, so it is impossible to angle the board at 45 degrees as advertised! Reason is that as soon as you put it in this position it simply slips down to its lowest position because the two Allen key screws holding it come loose and no amount of tightening will fix it ! In addition to this because the top of this support does not sit in a position underneath that will stop it from crashing down it makes this item seriously not fit for purpose at all ! and also the finish with the felt insert is not good at all,the felt inlay not reaching the inside edge on one side plus several instances of damage to parts of the wooden frame....
I really could not stand the hassle of packing it up,waiting in for a collection which seriously wastes my time and then waiting for a full refund !
I decided to adapt it and put
1. a couple of screwed in supports to firstly stop the entire board from slipping off the support frame and literally crashing down on the table causing damage and potential injury !
2. Adapting the loose screw area with a couple of wedges each side to keep it safely at 45 degrees !
But I should not have to do any of this at all !
I should have had a product that does what it supposed to do ..safely and with a decent finish !
WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ADAPT IT TO WORK AS IT SHOULD ...
They gave me a refund of £7.50 ..Seriously ?
They will take your money ,not live up to their advertised claims .....
This is my first experience with NOT so Easylife..
So much so I deleted the rest of my purchases from my next basket..
Thank you but No Thank you
Personal Health Journal
Bought the Personal Health Journal and looks really good. Bought as a gift for my mum to record details from hospital and doctor appointments.
Just spent £58 on a shoe ottaman
Just spent £58 on a shoe ottaman ( code 5150) and spent almost 3 hours putting it together. Instructions are rubbish. The screw - in pegs split the wood on the other side, and half of them do not reach the retaining screw to tighten up.
When we eventually finished, I can only get 5 shoes on the top shelve, and NONE on 2nd and 3rd shelf.
They will only take flat shoes eg flip flops.
They say on the instructions, once you have started assembly the product cannot be returned...…of course not, they realise what a pile of "poop" the product is.
I will NEVER buy anything else from this company
It's no wonder 97% of reviews give them 1 star ( and that's 1 too many)
They should be reported to the Trading Standards Officer.
Charge for your time...
Same as everyone else. However, they were prompt on paying when I invoiced Greg Caplan, the CEO, for time and inconvenience...
My blood is boiling just thinking about…
My blood is boiling just thinking about the way they treated my mother and I. Trying to return a product that was ordered by mistake by my mum. When she phoned them to arrange return, they gave her a code to take to a Onestop, our local one stop didn't know anything about this code, so I phoned them from outside the shop, and the unhelpful man on the phone stated it was one that was 15 miles away that would print a return label. I asked if it could be posted back via the post office, but I would have to pay for tracking.
When I got home, I called again, asking for them to arrange collection, so was sent an email with a barcode return label to print out myself, but had to pay £5 for doing so, as at this time my mum was worrying it wouldn't get back within the 2 week window, and she wouldn't get her refund. It was the same man I had spoken to before and he took my card details to arrange collection, without my mother with me... But it didn't get collected on the arranged date, so I emailed them for a second time, to be told to ring them and get my mums authorisation, or send copy of power of attorney, which I don't need, my mum asked me to do it as she's 82. When I phoned them for my mum to tell them she wanted me to sort it out, I had a foreign lady talking over me as I explained what they had sent in the email to me, and she said she can't put it on record that I could deal with it...(contradiction to email). After my blood started to boil, and being on the phone for 30 minutes, I tried telling her I'd paid for them to collect and they hadn't, she says she can send me another label to print out and for me to take it to our local Onestop. I said I was disabled and had enough of the messing around, and want them to collect. She would not do it, so I had paid to print my own return label, and ended up dropping it myself to Onestop. She wouldn't let me speak to her manager, just said they would say the same as her.
For the sake of my mum stressing over it, I couldn't do anything else.
Please please do not buy from them. They prey on the elderly. I wouldn't give any stars if it were possible. Awaiting her refund!!!!

Avoid this company all they want is your card/bank details to sign you up for other sites without your permission
Do not take the risk in trading with this company
I had bought a number of products from this company and signed up for the catalogue which pops through the door every month. I won't go into details here, but I can say categorically that nearly all the products I bought were not fit for purpose and certainly did not match up to the product's marketing descriptions. With that in mind I decided not to purchase anymore products from this company and cancelled the catalogue.
About 2 months ago I received a marketing call about some discount card and that a company would send it to me in the post, there was no obligation to accept, I could destroy the letter if I liked. They already had my details as they stated were associated with Easylife, but a separate company.
The letter arrived which turned out to be SuperCard and was received 5 weeks after the trial period was supposed to expire. I decided I had no use for this card and as some of the stipulations in the terms and conditions seem particularly onerous, I contacted customer services by phone to make sure the card was cancelled. I received a confirmation email and so I forgot all about it until this week, when a mystery payment popped up on my banking app for £74.95. It took a call to my bank's security department to trace who the payment had been to, yes it was Easylife. After more detective work and my time, the payment was confirmed as being a Supercard subscription. So irrespective of having a written confirmation that the card had been cancelled, the company cynically still took payment. Supercard had somehow used the debit card details supplied to Easylife as secure information. I contacted Easylife customer support by email and telephone and finally received a refund into my bank about 5 days later.
I have written to Easylife’s ‘Data Protection Officer’ in line the GDPR requirements and requested that my data be erased. This they must do to comply with GDPR regulations, and hope fully this will protect me from any further cynical deeds in the future.
So like many others on Trust Pilot I had a payment taken for a subscription I did not authorise from a company that sells (in my own experience) products that do not deliver the benefits promised. The lesson must be do not get involved stay well clear!

Purchased two garden chairs on-line last August 2020. Used last week 2021 and one chair-arm bolt came loose and is lost. Asked company to replace the bolt within an assumed 12 month warranty or replace chair. Negative response to both options.
Hugely disappointing response/No conciliation.
DO NOT USE COMPANY.

Nuisance calls from Easylife and their subsidary company The Rewards Club in spite of telling them that i am registered with the telephone Preference service . They also spoof their number to 02921 Cardiff when their headoffice is in Greenford. . Please refer to the "who called me" website for further details.
I would take any of their ratings over 2 star with a (large) pinch of salt. Avoid Easylife and the Rewards Club.
Easylife misery
My experience of Easylife is shocking. I ordered a product from them. It arrived successfully. I subsequently received a phone call from them asking me to become a member of their Motor Club. I told them I did not wish to join. 3 days later they debited £1.99 for no obvious reason. I asked the bank to block Easylife from my card. A fortnight later they sent me a £10 petrol voucher and knowing that the cooling off period had expired, they included documentation with a Motor Club membership number. I emailed to cancel, but despite acknowledging this, Easylife took £59.99 from my account. Despite the bank blocking my debit card, they were able to take this money using another Easylife trading name.
I would warn anybody against ordering from this company and experiencing the stress and financial loss they inflict.
