Again, we had a problem with a different machine. Rob is our area rep and again came out on top. The machine was unfixable so a new one arrived of the same make. Extremely great customer service.

I cannot thank this company enough especially Rob i broke my electric hob and was in a right state they sorted it out any paid me all in one day ,what an exceptional company would recommend to anybody .Rob put me at ease right from the start and i cant thank him enough pity there wasnt more people like him once again Rob thankyou .

I’ve been absolutely delighted with Easy Life Assist as their level of customer service care and attention to detail has been excellent. They have gone out of their way to resolve any issues I’ve had with my appliances, in particular my oven, hoover and more recently my fridge freezer all of which were repaired and replaced without any fuss. I must give a special mention and a big thank you to Rob who has been amazing and so helpful with everything. I would happily recommend Easy Life Assist to anyone. Cheers!

I recently had an issue with my oven and after speaking to easy life they sent out a engineer who unfortunately couldn't fix the oven. Following that they managed to get me a brand new oven within days of my claim. Amazing customer service, rapid response. Very impressed with easy life assist.

Amazing response! We had an out of service washer dryer and also a light bulb gone from our cooker. Both issues were dealt with on the first visit! Highly recommended!

Easylife Assist sent a contractor around quick for an oven that wasn't heating. Customer service was excellent and efficient.

Very helpful. No 1 service. Especially the colleague Jake who helped us with our claim. Could not ask for a better service. Jake was very helpful and understanding and considerate over the phone and went out of his way to get an engineer and New cooker as soon as possible. Amazing 👏.

Afte nume4ous emails and attempts to phone,all I want
from you is a date when a courier will come to take back two Leg Exercisers. I was billed for a ,Bird Hotelwhich didn’t arrive,but was sent another Leg Exerciser

Called upon the insurance policy for the first time. Customer Services were very good, and quick at organising a call out.

Good communication with regard to the engineer call out.
The engineer was very good, friendly and efficient.

A great service; trustworthy and reliable. The customer service was great and my appliances were replaced really quickly with no troubles at all. I would highly reccommend this service to anyone who wants worry-free cover on their appliances!
