I understand you got through to us this earlier this afternoon to let us know that your order that we had dispatched on 10/12 had not arrived yet.
It takes us a little while to get an answer back from the courier, but we have just gotten through to them who have confirmed they have lost the items.
We're happy to redispatch new for you, or to refund you, but please allow us some time in order to get an answer from the courier for you.

This company was so helpful - delivered product when we required it -and we gave them such short notice - above and beyond. Easy to communicate with, nothing was to much trouble when arranging delivery. The drivers were excellent too - we have a very tricky entrance, they navigated it with style and ease. Thank you.

We're on the second working day from placement of your order, 1/2 parts have been delivered. We're just waiting for the courier to get back to us to let us know when the second part will be delivered, which I would expect to be today or tomorrow latest.
