Service, platform, prices and connection all top notch 👌
They have very good customer service, an easy to use platform to manage and setup your server (mods, perms, proxies, etc) and most importantly very reasonable pricing and lot of tiers to accomodate a wide range of Minecraft server needs. 👌 Also, obviously the server never goes down or has any connection issues, best servers for Latam countries or at least for here in Colombia.

Lag even in vanilla, we tried everything
I tried to play modded minecraft with a few friends and it was very very lag, so we tried removing mods but it was also lag, so we decided to play vanilla and it didn't go well either, I think that for a host at least with 10 people in vanilla it needs to go well, we had 2000ms ping and the server wasn't too far, we tried a different host, a free one and it went perfect.

The upload system for Java mods is bugged at the moment but one of the support members has guided me to upload them in a different way using FileZilla. He has guided me, and I could easily overcome this issue. So, props to them :v
