Full house clearance for a relative sadly now in a home. Not our original choice but only ones available for the deadline set. Video of whole house (bungalow & garage) & contents was sent and price agreed. No change to price when advised some of the larger items had since been moved out. Didn't actually even do a full clearance - when asked if an area had been cleared, they said yes. When the area was checked lots of boxes and rubbish had been left behind. (Garage & loft) Ended up doing 3 trips to tip after, not what you expect when you've paid for a full house clearance. Would not recommend

At very short notice, EasyMove provided an excellent packing and removal service. Competitive pricing and a very hard working team made the exercise as straightforward as possible.
I would have no hesitation recommending EasyMove to others.

Easymove were absolutely first class and were so professional from initial contact to completion of our home move. The guys who came to do the move were excellent and absolutely nothing was to too much trouble to them. The boss even appeared on his way to another job to make sure we were happy with how the move was going, he is an absolute gentleman just like the guys he employs. I would not hesitate to recommend Easymove to anyone who are planning a house move. The price Easymove charge is by bar far the best in this area. 10 out of 10 for a stress free house move. Well done guys, we could not have asked for more.

My experience is find another removals / storage company even if it costs a bit more .
I have items missing from storage … no reply to emails .
Paid for packing service before storage .
When I had my boxes delivered from storage found they’d packed a bedroom bin with rubbish in it .
They do NOT reply to e mails .
It took a couple of weeks to unpack fully and there’s items missing , which I know went into storage !
If you are tempted to use them …. itemise every box .
Make a box count . Do not trust them .
Do not leave any room for error .

Easymove was not our first choice. They were the only ones available for our move date. The team on the ground were good. Nice guys worked hard and almost no breakages. The main problem, as mentioned in several other reviews, is Tony (? manager/owner). On the day of our move the ground was wet. We arrived at the property before the team and it had been left clean. When the guys arrived I asked them to put runners down to protect the carpets to be told they don't have them, just blankets off the van. One member of staff said they were dirty and dirty they were. Carpets left stained in every room. We called them, took photos and emailed them to easy move, both emails 1 & 2 were ignored. We called again and spoke with Tony. His response was "if only you had asked I could have told you to buy runners from B&Q. He was not interested. Said he played football with someone who cleans carpets who could take a look!! Didn't hear back from him, why would we, he'd already been paid.

We used Easymove for a 5-bed house move from Lymm to Warburton and they were very good value. They packed the kitchen stuff (all the breakables like crockery) very well and nothing either that they packed or we did was damaged in the move. The removal guys were really good on the days of packing and then unloading. Overall I would absolutely recommend them.

Would I recommend Easymove – NO, what an absolute fiasco
Tony came to our property to do the quote and checked that the vehicle would be able to access the property and he said it would. He asked if there would be any problems at the new property to which my husband said he didn’t think so as service vehicles can access it ok and it has only just been built and building trucks of all shapes & sizes didn’t have any problem.
Removal day arrived & they turned up with a 40’ rigid vehicle that couldn’t get into our drive so everything had to be loaded up on the road.
When we arrived at our new home their vehicle couldn’t access the narrow lane, after a few hours and getting nowhere they returned after taking a mattress & some bedding out for us to sleep on and said they would come back the next day.
They turned up the next day with the original vehicle and two smaller vans and offloaded everything from the big van into two smaller ones at the end of the road & brought it up to the house. This cost an additional £500 cash or £600 inc. vat. As we had not option, they had all our belongings we had to pay up.
They don’t use mattress covers and one of our mattresses looks like someone has walked all over it and the marks won’t come off. There were a few breakages but also a missing item.
Tony the owner’s view is that everything was our fault and won’t take any responsibility for his lack of communication with regard to the type of vehicle. Everyone that we have spoken to say didn’t he do his homework on access, obviously not & it’s easier to blame someone else. It’s a waste of time trying to argue with him he’s got an answer for everything.
Overall, this cost came in higher than any of the other removal companies that we received quotes from.

No care for your possessions, carried out a move broke lots of expensive items and when we raised this with the owner they didn’t care and suggested we needed to claim on our own insurance, disgrace.

Brilliant service. I used Easymove in Warrington for my house move. They treated my stuff with respect and were very careful when moving furniture to make sure the walls were not damaged. I had to wait a couple of hours for the keys to my new home and they waited patiently without any additional charge or complains. They were 25% cheaper than AnyVan too. We used Easymove Warrington after a lot of consideration, but really wish we hadn't. They have no consideration for your possession, they just want to get in and out as quickly as possible and would prefer you to pay them cash, which says a lot. We labeled boxes with where they needed to go and with lots of fragile tape where needed, but found boxes marked "fragile this way up" laying on their sides with stuff piled on top of them, the brand new fridge freezer has a dent in it where the corner of something has been shoved in to it, a tower fan had been hidden in a corner with boxes infront of it because they'd smashed it, furniture has scratches that weren't there before, a light fitting was ripped out of the ceiling where they had pushed through even though they were caught on it and various items of valuable woodworking machinery were damaged and in need of repair, a day later we found some tool parts laying in the drive where they had dropped them, with no sign of the rest of the kit, we still haven'tfound it a month later. When we contacted them their attitude was basically "tough electrical and mechanical things aren't covered" which we hadn't been told when hiring them, even though they knew exactly what they were moving, they also informed us that we weren't insured anyway as we hadn't signed the correct paperwork, which at no point before the move did they remind us about. We laid everything out in an email to the company, but other than a reply from the boss that they would look into our complaints, we have heard nothing since.
Basically Easymove Warrington are just interested in your money, so if you value your possessions, don't use them.
