Hi Roger,
I am truly sorry for your evaluation of us.
For good matter and better understanding, i have copied the order conversation.
You placed an order in our shop on the 25/9, to delivery for an adress in norway even though we specify that we only deliver to Denmark.
I mailed this info to you, after checking with our freigt courier, that we could not deliver to norway. After a small back-and-fourth i mailed to you, 1/10, that we could not deliver to norway and that i deleted your order and the payment.

As refering to our FAQ returning of payment can take up to 30 days. If you have not received your payment yet, then please send me a mail on info@easymx.com, then i will take action and check it immediately.

I am sorry for any inconvenience.
