Nobody knows when they will reply to tickets. The dropshipping systems are complete garbage, totally a loss. I don't think they have any developers at all and are just giving automated responses through chatbots to delay things. Please stay away from them and never trust them.

A fraud network operated by a group of Russian hackers who present themselves as global but have non-functioning systems and sell customer information from the UK and the US to Russia. Do not request price updates; the products are never updated and they can find you here. Do not believe in contacting live support because there is only one person there, who is most likely a chatbot. It is impossible to find a solution. Stay away from them for the sake of your information security and the information security of others.

Worst dropshipping tool ever - stay away!
I signed up for Easync hoping it would make my dropshipping business easier, but boy was I wrong. First off, the $49 monthly fee is way too high for what you get.
The biggest issue is that their product listings are completely outdated. I kept trying to list items only to find out the prices were from 2 months ago((((! No way to make a profit like that.
Their tools are super buggy too. Half the time I try to use them, they don't even work. And good luck getting help from support - they take forever to respond and barely solve anything.
Save yourself the headache and money. I'm out after just one month and feel like a fool for falling for it.

Do not use this software
Do not use this software. It is waste of your time and money! It takes days for your orders to be placed and late tracking updates. I had so many item not received cases and refunds to make thanks to this software. I have lost my money :(

waste of time and money and to much hassle
Last month I signed up for $49.99 per month 200 automatic ordering. I listed 10 items on my ebay account, Within 2 days I got 3 orders with £1.20 profit. My order does not go through an automatic show error on account. Request to IT to order manually take one day to process the order.
In one month I got 7 orders. 2 from them never deliver to the customer. I give a refund to the customer. Easync company says deliver.
I have £114 in my easync FBE account never get back. I closed my account because I think it is not worth and waste of time and money and too much hassle and they try to take money out from you if you calculate the pricing it is not worth it at all. So think twice before joining add less money to FBE account as you won't get it back.

PATIENCE REQUIRED (ALOT)
I have been using this for nearly a year.
The whole concept is great and used to work like clockwork. However the past couple of months, the service has somewhat declined.
As it is so handy because you can create listings with multiple variations (size colour etc). The trouble is that doing this too much can easily take you over your listing limit accidently, that you have subscribed to.....
I have today, accidently exceeded my listings count limit by 16 items. As soon as this happens, it forces you to upgrade your plan. It doesn't give you any warning or grace period to review and de-list items so that you can go back to within your limits. Now, I am totally stuck, I cannot use the site because I cannot get past this upgrade screen. I have gone on to my ebay and have delsited items from there, to get back to my limit.
I have contacted support since this morning and have still not had any response although they say they reply typically in "under 20 mins"
I have orders waiting to be fulfilled and cannot do anything.
As soon as Christmas is over (the busiest period for this) I will be leaving this site completely. I am so disappointed in how the support is nit available as promised.
