Ordered a selection of different sizes of envelopes recently. The order arrived very promptly and the envelopes were of very good quality. I’m delighted and will definitely be buying from them again.
It is excellent value for money. Delivery is always on time. We had a small problem with one of the items we ordered and it was replaced immediately and delivered to us promptly. Great service.

Dissatisfied customer.
I ordered the product on Wednesday and having paid for delivery was told it would arrive Friday. The courier failed to deliver. It was left outside my gate on Monday. Unfortunately, the binders which were advertised as 'up to 100' sheets would barely hold half that number. When I sent an email about this I was told they actually hold between 40-100, depending on thickness of paper. Having paid almost €30 for 25 useless binders I inquired about a refund but didn't receive any reply. Buyer beware!

Sent an old cartridge by accident
I ordered 3 x ink cartridges for my HP. Two were new and perfect but the third (yellow) was an old cartridge sent to by accident.
I have to wait until they come back into stock.
I have been in contact with them and photos submitted.
