So I park it a place where it clearly states that, by using the App I can pay for the parking, even though I used the App and paid for the parking I still get a fine. I contact the EasyPark team, they shy away from the responsibility of defending their customer even though it is very clear that I should not get a fine. Now they move the responsibility to me to contact and coordinate with the company that issues fine. Clearly I should not be held responsible if their backend systems don't talk to each other. I have conciously move to their competition.

Don’t count on easy park!!!
We just parked in a parking garage, where the easy park app registered our parking based on our location, which is the whole point of the app, trusting the location and that it registers the correct parking. Then we got a fine because the app had registered the wrong location, which means we actually paid for parking but in a different location because the app's GPS thought we were in a different location.
I paid for parking using Easy Park. Then I got a fine from Aimo. I had to appeal through Hojab. I received an email saying I can continue to appeal the fine but when they make a decision, they WILL NOT NOTIFY ME so I can pay. They will instead send the fine directly to a debt collector and I will then need to pay for debt collection fees in addition to the original fine. OR I can pay the fine now and therefore give my consent that I agree with the fine. WHAT THE &%€&%#"! So overall it seems as though parking was offered for the specific GPS location via Easy Park's app, even though it was not accepted. So what happened to my payment? They do not even accept refund claims. Are they going to pay my fine?
My vehicle was blocked. The app referred me to customer care. The chat did not understand the issue and referred me to customer care. No telephone number on app or website.

A company that punishes drivers for using their app correctly should have no right to exist. And they know it because they literally built a button into the app for you to push when you have a valid parking session and still get a fine. That is the clearest proof imaginable of how broken this system is. EasyPark even advises you to pay the fine. Do not do that! File the complaint directly on Q-Park’s website instead. At least then your case is set on hold, which is the bare minimum of decency. EasyPark could not even manage that.

Continuous problems and eventually a fine due to the camera parking function.
Camera parking looked active in the app, but we received a fine from APCOA.
Easypark does not recognize their responsibility and claims that we should have also activated it manually (not possible in their app).
910kr. because their app failed and they don't recognize their fault. Supposed to make parking easier but instead it costs money due to their poor app.
Better pay with paper money and have a receipt. Not worth 910kr.
Avoid.

Difficult to get hold of and yet another company that likes to hide behind AI chat bots. Genuine mistake on my part and the convenient excuse of it’s all your fault comes out. Companies used to be built on reputation but now just based onripping off the punters.

We are visiting from Australia, where we use Easypark all the time. The app doesn't work in Denmark. We need a local phone number !! How ridiculous is this, while we use our phone freely, use data freely, use credit card freely and everything else, but can not use EasyPark App !! This needs to be fixed asap. We can not take out a Danish number, and then travel to Norway and get Norway number, and so on !

Why do I use easy park with camera tracking. if if you forget the P sign, then you get a fine, inside a closed parking lot also requires a P sign, easy park does nothing to help with the euro park wrong fine

Absolutely 10/10 do not recommend the app. I used to love it and stand by it. The app updated - no information about update came up - suddenly my car information has reverted to my old car without me knowing. I got a ticket because of that, gave them a call, was told that's my fault and they're not obliged to inform about updates and changes in app. It's a horrible way to go about a business and cheating people out of their money. Stay away if you can!

I asked them to cancel my page many times ( I couldn’t it on the application ) and they haven’t done it for 4 months. I wrote 12 emails and called them 4 times!!!!!!

The App doesn't show or warn where you park, license plate or card used. All of this can result in a fine. When you only use the app once a year or less, it's an issue to remember to check your settings before you use it.

It’s not a complicated app but the online and the phone guys are worthless. I payed around 400kr for a night (not much i’ll say). The next day i asked if i have to pay if my car stays outside de P lines. They didn’t know. I asked an ordinary man from the building and he said : watch out one gives de P permit and another gives the fine her. ?????? I asked for refund …she got angry …on my money?!

A few years ago I considered it the best application, but today they don't give a damn about the customer because the only thing that matters to them is the profit. I received a ticket because there was an error in the app and it removed my parking time. She sent me screenshots showing that the application was hanging. The answer I received was that it was not their problem and I had to pay the fine.
