Scam Company don’t give them credit card info
Parked once in Italy August 2025. They’ve charged my credit card every month since. No way of getting in touch with them. Have to cancel my card now.

Easy yo use in Italy but make sure you remove car once rental over
Once downloaded it was easy to use and easier than trying to get change for the meters - we used it for daily parking in Ortigia and on street meter in Noto . However I have struggled to remove my account now I no longer need it - it won’t let me delete for a number of excuses - and I can’t remove the payment card. And stupidly, I did not realise I needed to remove the rental car - so I left Sicily on 22 Sept and today 20 October, have been charged for a parking session somewhere in Italy -I did not activate the session and I did not activate the camera recognition on my app but despite that it seems a session has been triggered by a camera and my card has been charged. I think this is unfair but clearly I also messed up. BEWARE and if you use for a rental car remove the number from your app straight away!!

Don't use in Italy unless you have local phone number
It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you cannot use the Easypark app in Italy UNLESS you have an Ita phone number!!
Utter waste of time and stress... no response to Contact Us emails over 3 days so had to finally call the Australian centre to be told!

Shady practices
Using the app itself is easy and I guess convenient since in Ljubljana center there are not many parking options and it's not easy for tourists to understand where it's allowed to park.
However this service is sneaky. According to them I signed up for a monthly subscription. Literally, why would I? I don't even have a driving license and only use rental cars like twice a year when relatives visit me. Make sure you read the T&Cs carefully when you sign up, because they are rejecting any requests to refund even though I reached out the day after the charge was made. This is a dishonest company with shady practices.
At least their customer support response time was great, nothing bad to say about them. Just shady business practices.
