The app is not accurate when You use the map to find the correct tariff group it is often wrong and You get a bill if you have paid or not. Not good enough!!

Excellent Parking App
Very practical and easy to use! I am happy that I don't need to go to my car and renew the parking ticket when needed. A must have application for car owners who frequently use public parking!

Works great, but the app can use some improvements
I used the application a couple of weeks now and there is no stress anymore if I put to less or to much in the automat. Most of the time I save a couple of kroners with this app even will you have to pay the additional fee.
While the idea of parking with the app is great, the app self can use some improvements.
The spinningwheel is quite difficult to use. I would prefer that I just could set a time.
I dont like that I have to look up each time the parkingspot on the map. Having favorites in the app would solve this.
In garages there is no internet connection. Should I pay before I drive into the garage, or can I do it a couple of minutes after I parked the car

It’s great to hear that you are happy with our app! I think we have some easy fixes for a few of the things you would like us to improve.
If you change the input method to digital clock, I think you will find it smoother to use. To do that, you go to Menu – Settings – Time input method and choose Digital clock.
You actually can set you own favorite areas in the app. Just go to Menu – My account – Favorite areas, and add the areas you use most.
Regarding garages with bad internet connection, we strongly recommend you to start the parking before you drive into the garage. We understand that this is not the optimal solution, but we unfortunately have little control over the internet connection. However, we are currently looking into what we can do to make this easier for our users.

Insufficient options
The app is fast and easy to use if you want to do an individual parking for a few hours or a day.
But many people, like me, park in car parks where we need to park there all week. The car parks offer a one week ticket at a substantial discount at their terminals; the app does not offer this option. This means that I will not use the app, even though it would have been much easier. I think this is a missed revenue stream for EasyPark, and a feature that customers would want.
