Don't trust EasyPark anymore

I've been a customer and a happy one at that for a long time. Their app bugs out and I get fined altho I'm paying them at the moment I receive a fine for 900 SEK.
They are already the most expensive one.

I'm sorry to hear that you received a parking fine while using our service. If you'd like us to have a look at what happend you can always report the fine through our function in the app, just go to your parking history and select the parking which was active for the time of the fine and press "I got a parking fine". Then you just follow the instructions and send it in to us and we'll have a look from our side to figure out what went wrong.

App has a serious bug

App has a serious bug. I parkef today in germany at Bodensee. Started the parking but it kept “deparking” me after a few minutes... i got a ticket and also had to pay the parking several times because of this bug.

What a horrible experience

What a horrible experience. I've been a customer and a happy one at that for many years untill most recently. Their app bugs out and I get fined altho I'm paying them at the moment I receive a fine, they dont even want to help out and tells me that I should be more cautious and look where their GPS tracker is putting my car on their map... ???? Why have a GPS Tracker if it doesnt work? They simply dont want to own up to their mistake and puts the blame on me.

The crazy part is that my parking cost 170 SEK and the fine was 500 SEK, not a big amount to do the right thing either. I've been paying all my parkings for the past years through their app. Never again.

Charge 3kr to send an email, plus you have to pay an extra 15% fee?

This company invokes so many negative feelings.

Hi Will! The fee of 3 SEK will be added for the extra service that the app offers where the app collects your parking for one day and automatically sends a PDF receipt to your e-mail. You can of course download all your receipts and even monthly compilations completely free of charge by logging into our website www.easypark.se with the same login details that you have for the app.

Today sunday March 22

Today sunday March 22 , have parked for almost one hour at vinterviken, hägersten Stockholm area code 196 , and started the timer , on my way back stopped the timer as I usually do and it has always worked fine ,paid also today, and to my surprise I see a yellow ticket , in easy park app I see the period I have been parking which is correct , but still a fine .
Very surprised , in the yellow ticket there is some text saying that the person who made me the fine saw that I was logged in and started my parking , but logged in to wrong......, if logged in to wrong ..... it must be some bug in the app that caused that.
The guy who gave me the ticket saw I logged in to easy park , started timer .....but I still get a fine 900 kr !!!!
I am not att all happy.

Have now had 2 tickets issued while…

Have now had 2 tickets issued while having paid EasyPark for parking. 2000SEK, and the tickets tell me I have to go to the police station during work hours to contest it, which will cost additional money. How do you appeal?

We at EasyPark do not issue any tickets. We only handles our app where you can choose to start your parking through. The fact that you have received a ticket can be due to many things, such as parking your vechicle where you're not allowed to park, starting your parking in the wrong zone, starting your parking at the wrong car registration number. In these cases, we at EasyPark have no influence on any tickets.

Of course, we find it very sad when one of our customers gets a ticket. After all, we do not earn a penny on it. On the contrary, we only get dissatisfied customers, which is not what we want, of course. But we hope you understand what our meaning in this is and that is only to help parkers to have a smooth and easy parking experience as possible by using our app.

One small mistake on the parking payment and EasyPark will rob you of your hard-earned money. A better name for the corrupt company would be ScamsyPark

I am trying to use app but after it says Parking started the App stops, went back to car and started again and it stopped again after 3 minutes. I didn’t close app down, could I have bumped it?

This morning i brought my daugther to…

This morning i brought my daugther to the dentist in Vasastan Stockholm. I open the easy park app and set it. When i came out i got a fine of 900 kr sitting on windscreen. Wow how could it be , i checked and its written Easy park inloggad i ett annat bolag. So i dont get it, i called the number on Euro park yellow fine and a female voice answered, so i explained her my issue and explain that i did use easy park. Then she told me that i should have check for the code too and that i need to look properly. OMG what kind of customer service is it. I was shocked how she acted in this circumtances. I have paid for it and also got a fine of 900 kr. How does it work the system. I always pay everywhere i go in stockholm with easy park. I have seen a lot of cars which wrongly parked and outside the parking zone and they dont get fine. I paid for my parking and i got a fine. How does it work. For that reason i will stop using Easy park cause the name of the company is not real its not EASY. Very upset on a monday morning when i have to bring my daughter to the dentist. Hopefully i get an answer from you. Ps its in the parking of Sabbatsbergs Sjukhus. Vasastan, Thanks.

Suggestion to the app development team

I have a suggestion to the UX designer and iOS developer(s) of the EasyPark app (being an iOS developer myself):
Please make it possible to not see the receipt efter the parking is finished, perhaps as an app setting. The app is pretty good, but there is one thing I think can be improved if you want to use the app efficiently. Most of the times, the flow for me is like this:

1. I start a parking from the app
2. Before the parking is finished, I drive away without opening the app again
3. A day or two later I want to start a new parking and I open the EasyPark app
4. The receipt modal for the previous parking is displayed and I have to wait for that animation and then dismiss it, preventing me from quickly setting a new parking time

Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work…

Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work Properly. You can still get a ticket. The cursor is not registering your location and parking people do not see it as been paid. Even if you parked properly and paid for it, you can still get a 900kr. fine as I did. I contacted the customer service and sent them a copy of my ticket but they said it was not their responsibility and they would not refund my ticket and wished me a very nice Monday. This is unbelievable! Obviously neither me, my friends or my extended family will never use that Easy Park App for parking. Please be aware of it too.

Got a ticket with their app, ignored my support requests, finally told it was not their problem.

I used their app to purchase 3 hours of parking, I came back after 2 hours and had a ticket. I noticed that they had refunded the money that they had charged me and changed my receipt to show that I had bought 2 hours of parking and not charged me anything.
I immediately reported it to them in their app and didn't receive any communication from them. I reported it to them again and didn't hear from them. I reported it a third time and called them asking them to compensate me for the ticket. Finally a month later they responded and said only that they would not be paying for my ticket and that I could challenge the ticket in court.
Terrible support, broken application and terrible policies.

Hej, precis som du skriver kan det i vissa fall kan det vara så att man med oss betalar lite utöver taxan i automaten.
Vi har två olika prispaket för privatpersoner (gå gärna in på: www.https://easypark.se/privat/prisinformation/ för att läsa mer)
Ett där man betalar en låg månadsavgift om 59:-/mån samt gällande taxa, för de som betalar för parkering ett par gånger i veckan och ett paket där vi har en transaktionsavgift per parkering (15% minimum 4,95 SEK/ parkering).

Många upplever att den extra kostnaden sparas in i och med att man endast betalar för den tid man står parkerad och att man betalar i efterskott (vanligtvis betalar man i förskott och måste bestämma hur länge man vill stå direkt), samt att man kan förlänga parkeringstiden om mötet, shoppingen, eller hämtning lämning på skola tar längre tid än planerat.
Vi har samtidigt en bemannad kundservice 7-20 vardagar, 9-16 lördagar 10-15 söndagar som besvarar frågor på telefon och mail.
En del tycker naturligtvis inte att det är värt att betala de extra kronorna vilket vi självfallet respekterar, men väldigt många upplever att de gör en besparing i både tid och pengar samt att de uppskattar den bekvämlighet appen ger när de använder vår tjänst, vilket vi tycker är väldigt roligt.

Vi ser ständigt över våra prisplaner för att de ska vara så aktuella som möjligt och passa både i större och mindre städer samt landsort.

yes its good with easypark but what do …

yes its good with easypark but what do not get is if you park for one minet it wil still coast you 24kr sorry to say so but i think if you put your park for one hounr and you are not using the time out it should coat you only for the time you used not the coast the you think you will take when you parkl

Th eonly reason I can think of for this "over charge" is that the parking operator have a minimum fee of one hour on this parking lot.

No credit card needed. How long will you need the parking? You can payment for an extra hour and stop the parking anytime!
