The booking was easy but the scanner…
The booking was easy but the scanner did not recognise the targa of the car. I had printed out the reminder but the QR code was not recognised. At wjich point we had to take a ticket because the 'tempo scaduto' notice came up.
At the exit we had to talk to the operator because the ticket was charging us extra money .
The opetator answered very quickly and let us out which was good.

We've used easy parking several times…
We've used easy parking several times usually with no problem, This time the car park we booked was full, we drove round and round the tightly packed cars for 20 minutes hoping someone would leave, They did not, I believe the issue being the car park was also being used by a car rental company who had cars all over the place - not just in their allotted slots. We eventually returned to the gate, called the attendant and were told to go to a different car park - And he would let us in. Then on the return to buzz an attendant again to be let out - All good in practice but we wasted 30 minutes changing car parks - then spent our three weeks away worrying they would not let us out of the car park - we had no ticket or proof we'd been asked to change car parks. We were let-out with no problem but it would have been respectful if at some point during the whole relocation of parking - which was an inconvenience to us if the attendant had at least apologised.
