After 12 years of learning to drive with countless lessons and instructors from other companies, I passed first time with Vik at EasyPass! Vik is motivating, reassuring and makes lessons fun and engaging. He always made me feel comfortable and goes above and beyond for his students. I can't thank EasyPass enough!

I just passed my driving test and I couldn’t have done it without Adam! From the very first lesson, they were patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped build my confidence behind the wheel and always made sure I understood everything clearly. Their calm approach and helpful tips made a huge difference in my progress. Mansoor was my instructor and I passed my driving test on my first attempt 2 months ago.

Instructor was mansoor mahood, really good and fast at teaching, didn’t hold back and moved at the pace I needed to move at, passed my test within a month and 2 week. really good instructor!

Adam Lambat is my driving instructor, the best thing about the experience was his attitude towards driving. He expected really high standards from myself and knew my way of learning was tough love. He adapted his way of teaching to me and I managed to pass first time with just 1 minor. Great driving instructor and recommend getting a lesson in with him whenever you can.

Adam, as part of Easy Pass, was a fantastic instructor who was patient and attentive to my needs and struggles.
He improved me massively and was very flexible with lessons.

Had such a great experience with Mansoor! He taught me every behavior and maneuver that I needed for the exam so I didn’t encounter anything unexpected. I’m so thrilled I was able to pass the first time, as I had done everything multiple times in my lessons. So thankful and would 100% recommend!

I did 40 hours of lessons with EasyPass in Preston and they were okay, but lessons were unstructured and we ended up doing a lot of the same things too often (e.g. right turns, pulling up). My progress felt really slow as a result - i was doing lessons for over 6 months, 2 hours every week. Feedback was not always given, so it was hard to understand my mistakes and how to improve them. I was never offered to do any mock tests before my first driving test and was constantly told what was unlikely to come up (e.g. parallel parking) - those were things we practiced the least (they did come up, and those aspects were where I got 2 serious faults and failed). In hindsight, I wasn't very confident driving independently because my instructor constantly hovered over the dual controls and always took control of the handbrake to a point I was so not confident in knowing how to use it during my real test and my planning and awareness was poor as we didn't practice a lot of fully independent driving.

My instructor also spent half the lessons on his phone and taking personal calls over the car speaker.

They teach you how to pass a test, but not how to drive properly in the real world.

I passed my test with no minors with a different instructor after 1 week of practice- their teaching style made me realise how much I actually didn't understand how to drive prior, and if I did pass first time, I would probably be a nervous wreck on the roads.

Overall, not a terrible experience with easypass, but its a school built for those who just want to pass their test quick - not for those who really want to be confident driving in real life scenarios.

Total scam. Corresponded with them via WhatsApp where I repeatedly asked for over 2 hours for their business bank account details to make a block booking for driving lessons. They eventually gave me the personal bank details of some woman (not an instructor). Very vague on why there is no business account. Quick look on Companies House shows that Easy Pass was dissolved over 6 years ago. Total scam. Avoid!!!

Had some lessons with Neil Walker, terrible driving instructor, slagged students off online and then couldn’t even manage to teach anything, just wanted the money, find someone better

I would give 0 stars if possible.
I booked a 2 hour session and confirmed the date and time a week in advance and sent a text message in the morning as a reminder to Tom of my address, he the sent me a message saying “ Hi Yehuda. Ive totally messed up and put you in my diary for tomorrow at 8-10!! Is that ok? Not sure why I’ve done that!!”
I called him up and he didn’t sound apologetic at all and didn’t care that I moved around work, gym, family commitments and loss of income.
The company states that a student must give a 48 hour cancellation notice, but for Tom, less then an hour isn’t enough, don’t waste ur time with this company

This app is similar to jazz cash app but some function are outstanding that are not available in other apps. This app is more functional then other. Try this app it will not disappoint you. Best of luck with easypass
