The courier Dax was great he showed Sharron how it worked and made adjustments to the seat to suit her and was friendly and polite

The sales man I spoke to was very insightful answered all my questions. The delivery driver was brilliant. Explained everything. The scooter is a real game changer I am no longer captive to my illness.

I was extremely happy with the quick turnaround from initial payment.

The gentleman who delivered the scooter was courteous and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.

Myself and my Mother have been renting Mobility Scooters from them for a few years and I simply cannot fault the customer service which is always friendly and respectful, nothing it to much trouble.

Wayne was great. He communicated on route and was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions with regards to the new scooter. Fantastic service all round.

i had a mobility scooter from them for nearly three years and i can say after having a couple of punctures the service to repair them was really perfect and the staff at the repairs and administration are really helpful i have had to return the scooter as my health has gone the bad way but i would say to anyone that they are the company to hire or purchase a mobility scooter from.

We are not happy mum is still in a contract with these as we had bloke out yesterday to repair her scooter but he took it back they are being discrimination agaisnt disabled they take so long to come out to repair pp

So my 87 year old dad hired one of your scooters (TGA super sport ) got it about 4 weeks ago.came fully charged.dont use it a great deal only to go to local shops ,this weekend it needed charging, it won’t charge, spoke to support they took him through a few things , decided it was a fault with scooter,been told has to wait about 2 weeks for repair! He is now house bound . This is not good enough.if your thinking of using this company be aware about breakdowns! Might be included in rental but they don’t care about leaving you housebound.
UPDATE. One of the company’s directors have been in touch with me now assured me dad’s chariot will be repaired/ replaced this Thursday. That’s all we wanted now looking like we are getting the service we expected from this great company. Watch this space for updates.

Lawrence was absolutely true to his word , after my complaint he pulled out all the stops to make sure dad’s scooter was repaired to a satisfactory condition he even loaned dad a courtesy scooter while his was away being fixed.Lawrence is still keeping in contact with us , everyone now very happy. Thank you Lawrence.

My mobility scooter was stolen and the people I spoke to were so helpful, it was replaced and the driver was also very good. I can't recommend the firm enough.

Had my scooter just over a 2 weeks now and must say I'm loving it just wish I got one a bit faster it's changed my life for the better being able to get out again thanks easy pay mobility

I had a lovely man come and do a service on my scooter..I needed new batteries which he fit right away.. very pleased with the helpfulness and kindness he showed me..Everything was sorted quickly and professionally..He gave me a few ideas to keep my scooter in tiptop condition..All in all very pleased and will use this company for all future needs..
