Where to start, we make reservations for car rental in Orlando Florida for our vacation on August 11th, through t-mobile. We let know that our flight we landed by 9:40 pm in Orlando, we will landed, and clear our bags, we are outside by 10:00. We call them but get through messenger saying they ran every half hour. We waited for 2 hours no bus car every 30 minutes, but a driver for economy car rental informed us that easyrite closed 10pm. We have to go and get another car from airport car rental and we are charged thrice was we suppose to pay. Next day we call easyrite and we are informed was happened they told us that’s not there problems that we didn’t show up, we ask them if we can come and get the car because it’s within 24 hours, they say NO, because we are not show up. PLEASE do not used easyride , they are scum, evil and fraud company

Please remove this review! My company does not have a branch in Orlando and you must be mixing us up with someone else. This is very unfortunate and not due to us in any way.
