Our boxes looks good and the printing colour is beautiful!

Thanks for your review, as well as speaking with me further via email regarding your Custom Printed Mailer Boxes.
Regarding these, at this stage we only have the option for a 2mm thickness, I'm afraid - meaning we don't currently offer anything more heavy-duty, unfortunately. In addition, as we use our HP Latex printer to print these, they come with a glossier finish than some of our other products, which can sometimes affect the final appearance of the print (especially if a more satin or matte finish is ultimately preferred).
As it's still a relatively new addition to our line, though, we are always taking on board feedback such as yours in helping improve the products we sell!
However, we look forward to working with you again soon, and hope the next product you receive is up to our usual 5-star quality!

Very impressed with the quality of the boxes and the simple process to get them made. Will definitely be ordering again. Love that I could print 3 different designs with out a huge excess charge for this option. Shipment was fast too.

Colour charge different to printed product. Sample is too expensive and time consuming to create. The box itself is good, but I needed specific customer service and design help. None was provided.

I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the colours of the sample you received. As all screen displays are different, unfortunately sometimes the colour you have selected may differ slightly from your screen to the printed material. In order to create a new sample that matches your desired colour, I believe the best option would be to create a sample swatch of similar colours to what you have chosen or alternatively a swatch of new colours that you are considering for your design so that we can ensure that you will be happy with your artwork.

Print quality and box quality are excellent. Turn around and delivery time in spite it being Christmas period was exceptional.
