Simple to put together but the poles should lock into each other. Was a bit painful to take out when some parts got stuck in packing away. Would be good to lock the pole to base so it’s not swivelling too much

We are sorry to hear that you had some troubles when removing the poles from the fabric. This is something that we will definitely look into and I will pass along your recommendation for the poles to lock together to hopefully avoid such problems in the future.
In regard to the base problem, this is actually how they are meant to move. The flag/base spindle should be free to swivel, if it is locked into place, there is a chance that the pole set could be bent in the wind and snap.
