Easy to set up and use. We did use tape to stop the rectangle flags from turning under the air conditioning outlets.

I'm very happy to hear that this was easy to set up and use. Normally the spindle on the base allows the banners to move in the wind to prevent stress on the pole sets - however, if using indoors, this shouldn't be as much of an issue if using tape to hold it in place. :)
