Disappointed with the product I received this time after ordering it multiple times. The cutting of the flyers show a yellow tinged edge and the quality of the paper is very different to earlier orders.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.
Our Artwork team have investigated this for you and can confirm that there was a problem with the ink for the bleed as the artwork you supplied had not been set up all the way to the edge. Therefore this may have led to the additional space being printed in yellow. I do apologise for this and I believe we have now fixed this up on your reprint!
In regards to the material, it seems that you had previously ordered your signage to be done on Postcards instead of Flyers.
Our Postcard material is 360gsm with matte lamination (front and back) whereas the Flyers were done on 300gsm material with no lamination. This would explain the difference in the thickness of the product you received however I do apologise for the level of residue that was on the Flyers upon their arrival.
As mentioned above, we have now reprinted this signage for you and I have also reached out to you to confirm if you are happy with the quality of this but unfortunately we have not heard back.
I trust your reprinted signage is up to scratch and in future, please be sure to order Postcards so that you can receive exactly the same quality and material that you are accustomed to!
