Again, we do apologise, that you found the artwork on your original flyers printed too dark making you feel that the quality of the overall product was below the standard you rightly expected. As discussed it appears that the shadows in your artwork caused the print to be lower quality then what we would normally expect. While we try our best to prevent any issues occurring with any order that is placed with us we are always more then happy to work with you to ensure you are left with a result that is to your full satisfaction, I am glad we could do this for you on this occasion.
