Thank you for your feedback in regards to the Online Design Tool being challenging, your input is very valuable and has been passed onto our team to improve and fix the system.
We're glad to hear however you were happy with the final product.
If you are ever having issues with creating the artwork you can either create the print ready artwork using websites like Canva or even getting in contact with us, we have designers that are more than happy to assist.

Synthetic posters are prefect for the outdoors. Amazing quality and service all around
Colour inaccuracy was high, print was splotchy and posters were unusable for our event, leaving us with no product, resulting in a last minute print at a local shop. Easy signs did refund us the full amount of our order, and offer us a small amount of compensation on top of the refund for the troubles caused which was appreciated. Although their customer support staff are helpful, do account for additional time in case of printing errors when placing an order with Easysigns

I want to extend my deepest apologies once again for the state of the Posters that you received, and the inconvenience it had caused. They should never have left us looking this way, and it's feedback we've passed on to our production manager to follow up within the team for quality control.
However, we were happy to arrange a full refund of this order for you, as well as also offer an additional $50.00 inc GST refund back to you, as a gesture of goodwill in the hopes that this may go some way towards further making up for any hassles and frustration caused.

After submitting a Review last week stating my frustrations, Zeke and the Team replied immediately, which impressed me immensely. Most of the Printers I have dealt with in the last 3 decades will leave it for a while, and will only contact me when they are quiet and needed more jobs. The Staff apologies and take note of my concern, and when I told them the overtime cost I paid for someone to sort them out, they were happy to give me some Credit in account to compensate for my losses. that was very helpful and very Professional. So with the Print Qualty and a service like that, i have to continue using them. And of course next time, I will definitely make some "special Instructions" , well done Team. It's nice for them to value my business with them.

I appreciate the feedback that you have supplied to me, as we are always looking for ways to improve our services and this is definitely something that we will be looking into further.
Firstly, it is great to know that the print quality is good - this is something that we take very seriously here at Easy Signs.
As per our discussion, I completely understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by our production team packing the different designs together. Although it definitely is common sense to pack them separately, unless we specifically note for them to do so, they tend to pack the orders as efficiently as possible - carton and packaging wise. This means that designs do tend to get packed together, mainly to save on extra packaging but also time.
With posters, we are happy to pack them in seperate containers but this does require more packaging, so this is something that needs to be organised prior to the order being sent through to our production team.
As we discussed, if you are able to leave a note on any future, multiple design, orders - we can ensure this is actioned.
We hope that we can continue working with you in the future and will hopefully provide a full 5 star experience for you.
