Very good just needs a better connection for the pole into the base unit. Trust poor could be a bit more solid as we display outdoors. No issue if indoors.

It was nice to chat with you over the week and I am sorry that there was some confusion when placing the order as our pull up banners are not designed for use outdoors. As I mentioned we are aware that the pull up banners can catch the wind but despite this customers do use them this way and, we hope, take care not to use them when it is windy.
I hope that the credit not I sent thorough to you in some way compensates for the confusion and issue you have experienced.
Thank you for also passing on that when used indoors you experienced no issue and were happy with the product.
We do hope that you will come back and continue to order more signage with is in the future.

Great easy to carry robust and professional
Quick and easy to assemble/disassemble and lightweight. Convenient protective bag to hold the banners was appreciated. Note: the frameless pull up banners were initially damaged as we extended them, and needed to be carefully extended/retracted to ensure the sides did not get any further damage.

Thanks for your review, as well as your time on the phone earlier to discuss further.
I'm very happy to hear this product was lightweight and easy to assemble/disassemble. However, I am sorry this damage occurred when retracting!
As discussed, the assembly guide recommends retracting these slowly, so as to help ensure the sides of the banner aren't caught on the lip of the base unit.
However, I'm still glad to hear this is able to be used and looks great, and we look forward to working with you again soon!
